Before construction starts, we carefully craft building and design plans. These plans require infrastructure be built throughout the entire community, which requires us to access land that could fall next to or across your property. We work with the proper authorities to obtain the rights to access these locations (known as rights of way or easements) just like your other service providers, such as your gas or water.
