IP Addresses may have originally been designated to the location that it is showing in the GeoIP information. When the IP Addresses are re-designated to a different area or city, it takes time for companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc to start triangulating your GPS and billing data to the IP range. Over time, these websites will start to show more relevant information to a more accurate location.

Please be aware that this IP location is best effort and may not be accurate.
