We understand mistakes happen and occasionally a bill can slip through the cracks or the wrong card gets used for payment. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment information is up to date. If your payment is declined or otherwise, make sure your payment is processed before the due date. We will send out a late notice on the 21st. If we don't receive payment after late notice(s) have been sent out, your services may be disconnected.
