We understand mistakes happen and occasionally a bill can slip through the cracks or the wrong card gets used for payment. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment information is up to date. If your payment is declined or otherwise, make sure your payment is processed before the due date. If the account becomes past due 30 or more days, services may be disconnected.
Please note, Race may charge an "NSF" (non-sufficient funds) processing fee for returned checks, bankcard chargebacks, or incorrect ACH banking information. (ex. customer typo when entering checking account information)
