Our installation process has two stages that require access to your property. The first stage is known as the "drop" where Race technicians will bring our fiber to your building's exterior. You do not need to be present for this part of the process, but we will schedule with you so that you can leave gates unlocked and keep pets inside or in a secured area.

The second stage is the inside installation, which will be scheduled after the line has been tested. Race installation technicians will visit your home and install the required equipment. You or an authorized adult over the age of 18 must be present for the inside installation.
