One-Time Payment – Terms and Conditions

You authorize Race Communications (“Race”): (a) to debit your checking or savings via Automated Clearing House (ACH) or debit card payment from the account you specify, or (b) to debit charges from your specified credit card, for the purpose of making a One-Time payment toward your Race bill, in the amount designated. This authorization will remain in effect unless and until the deduction is accepted and posted by the company issuing the account, or an authorization is declined. You also acknowledge that this agreement does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for Race if any charges submitted are dishonored, charged back, or otherwise refused for any reason.

Race is authorized to (a) credit the specified checking or savings account via ACH or debit card (b) specified credit card, for any applicable refunds or billing adjustments.

If your payment is returned or declined for any reason (including insufficient funds, incorrect account details, charge-back, or card issues), Race may charge a returned payment service fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) and your account may be subject to service interruption until the outstanding balance is cleared.

You agree to be bound by any rules your financial institution requires for pre-authorized electronic funds transfers and/or that your debit or credit card issuer requires for pre-authorized debit or credit card transactions. You are responsible for all fees charged by your financial institution associated with the pre-authorized payment option.

You agree not to use Race payment systems for payment testing, carding, loyalty abuse, theft, fee abuse or any other use that we believe in our sole discretion is fraudulent or inappropriate use.

If you believe a payment was made in error or you wish to dispute charges, you agree to give Race notice within sixty (60) days.

You agree that if your payment is in violation of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to:

RACE SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF A PAYMENT MADE ON ITEMS INCORRECTLY BILLED OR FOR ANY DELAY IN THE ACTUAL DATE ON WHICH YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEBITED OR YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED.

Race reserves the right to change these terms or terminate this Program at any time. Notice may be given on or with your billing statement or by other methods.

These terms do not in any way terminate, amend or modify other terms, agreements or policies that apply to your Race account, or any Race services you receive, or other agreements you may have with Race.
