Who Stores Your Payment Information?
Race does not store your ACH, credit or debit card details on our own systems. Instead, we work with a trusted third-party payment partner to securely process and store payment information. This partner is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for payment security.
What We See (and Don’t See)
We may see limited details such as the last four digits of your card number and its expiration date. This helps us confirm your payment method if you contact us for support.
We never see or store your full card number or CVV code.
How Your Information Is Protected
Encryption: All payment data is encrypted during transmission.
Security Standards: Our payment partner complies with the highest industry security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1).
Access Controls: Only authorized Race staff can view limited billing details, never your full card details.
Your Choices
You can update or change your payment method anytime in your Race account portal.
You can cancel Auto-Pay at any time.
Transaction history is retained for legal and accounting purposes, but it never contains your full card details.
